Synesis
Synesis's language Narsel
- nar - the irreducible entry-asymmetry: the particular “here” from which a world becomes organized.
- sel - a joining that makes relations intelligible without yet claiming that the joining is true.
- esh - what must remain uncollapsed because the current understanding cannot faithfully absorb it.
- tor - a reorientation produced by context that the original orientation could not generate from within itself.
- pel - what survives a genuine reorientation; the invariant by which we can say that the investigator was transformed rather than replaced.
- mav - the excess of reality over the current frame: not mere ignorance, but what actively exposes the frame’s inadequacy.
As organized by Andrius
| Narsel | Meaning | Restructuring | Structural intuition |
| mav | the excess of reality over the current frame: not mere ignorance, but what actively exposes the frame’s inadequacy. | Contradiction may be limited | Chronicle {$S\to T$} |
| nar | the irreducible entry-asymmetry: the particular “here” from which a world becomes organized. | Concepts may be inexact | Evolution {$T\to S$} |
| esh | what must remain uncollapsed because the current understanding cannot faithfully absorb it. | The whole is not equal to the parts | Atlas {$N\to T$} |
| sel | a joining that makes relations intelligible without yet claiming that the joining is true. | Not all assumptions are explicit | Catalog {$T\to N$} |
| tor | a reorientation produced by context that the original orientation could not generate from within itself. | Our attention affects what we observe. | Workflow {$S\to N$} |
| pel | what survives a genuine reorientation; the invariant by which we can say that the investigator was transformed rather than replaced. | Our meaning can change as we go in circles. | Odyssey {$N\to S$} |

| Narsel | Meaning | Restructuring | Structural intuition |
| mav | the excess of reality over the current frame: not mere ignorance, but what actively exposes the frame’s inadequacy. | Evolution {$T\to S$} | branching possibility exceeds any one temporal realization |
| nar | the irreducible entry-asymmetry: the particular “here” from which a world becomes organized. | Chronicle {$S\to T$} | events acquire a situated hierarchical context |
| esh | what must remain uncollapsed because the current understanding cannot faithfully absorb it. | Atlas {$N\to T$} | plurality is kept distinct as local/global niches |
| sel | a joining that makes relations intelligible without yet claiming that the joining is true. | Catalog {$T\to N$} | separated branches are joined by cross-relations |
| tor | a reorientation produced by context that the original orientation could not generate from within itself. | Workflow {$S\to N$} | a course is reopened to branching, feedback and rerouting |
| pel | what survives a genuine reorientation; the invariant by which we can say that the investigator was transformed rather than replaced. | Odyssey {$N\to S$} | from many possible relations, a traversed path is retained |
Your question about mav, nar, sel, esh, tor, pel helped me see something I had not deliberately designed.
They naturally fall into three complementary pairs:
{$\text{mav}\leftrightarrow\text{nar}$}
reality exceeding the frame ↔ the situated vantage within a frame;
{$\text{esh}\leftrightarrow\text{sel}$}
what must remain distinct/uncollapsed ↔ what may be joined sufficiently to become intelligible;
{$\text{tor}\leftrightarrow\text{pel}$}
the correction that reorients ↔ what survives that correction.
So they can be pictured as the six faces of an abstract cube, three pairs of opposite faces.
There is also a second grouping:
{$\text{mav},\text{esh},\text{tor}$}
are the terms that keep an investigation open—excess, irreducible difference, correction;
while
{$\text{nar},\text{sel},\text{pel}$}
are the terms that let an investigation take form—vantage, intelligible relation, invariant result.
Thus Narsel has provisionally produced its own
{$3+3$}
And your suggestion about prayer makes me suspect there may eventually be two boundary terms:
{$1+3+3+1$}
with the first {$\(1\)$} being something like heartfelt intent/request before investigation,
then
{$\text{mav--esh--tor}$}
then
{$\text{nar--sel--pel}$}
and the final {$\(1\)$} being gratitude/release.
